after making dinner that did not turn out as planned
we ended up eating rice krispies
we both have our bowls full of the krispies
i am cutting up bananas and putting them on top of the cereal
this is our conversation as this is happening
bill: "you should have put the banans on the bottom before we put the cereal in the bowl."
me: "why does it matter?"
bill: "because it is like a treasure finding the bananas."
me: what?!?
bill: "if the bananas are on the bottom you can't see them so when you take a bite you don't know if you will get one or not. Like finding a treasure."
me: laughing so hard i cannot finishing cutting the bananas

i think that might be one of the funniest things i have heard him say
it could be a "you have to be there to think it's funny moment"
but i thought it was really funny!
